Civil Survey Solutions has the right to cancel, or change the dates, of any of our courses, up until the start of each course. Attendee's will be given an option to reschedule the course, or receive a full refund.
We understand that sometimes your priorities change, should you need to cancel your registration in a confirmed course, you may do so without penalty up to 10 business days prior to the scheduled start date of the course.
From then to the start of the course, you will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Any cancellation needs to be requested in writing, emailed to training@civilsurveysolutions.com.au.
Civil Survey Solutions will provide you with an Tax Invoice within 2 business days of your order. For government organisations, this will be sent as a quote to produce a Purchase Order against.
We cannot guarantee your registration(s) until your payment is cleared (bank transfers take 3 days to process).
For payment on Invoice, please quote your Reference Number on ALL payments to ensure accurate processing and email remittance advice to accounts@civilsurveysolutions.com.au.
For direct deposit payments allow 3 business days for processing. Civil Survey Solutions may cancel, change the dates, location or content of any course, up until the start of each course. In the event of any significant change, each registered attendee will be given the option of a full refund, or credit towards another course.
