Jack has over 6 years experience as a Survey Technician. From fieldwork to drafting, Jack has always sought new ways to increase accuracy and decrease the amount of time needed per survey. In his current role, he is able to experiment with software and educate others on new methods and advancements in technology

Jonathan worked in the UK as a Civil Engineer for 20 years before relocating to Australia. In his current role, he combines his engineering knowledge and communication skills, providing training and support as well as creating and implementing an E-learning Portal.

Matt has a prominent digital construction background, working with top solutions providers such as Leica Geo Systems, Trimble and Autodesk. With 20 years in construction mentoring, he passionately drives industry advancements in software, legislative updates and has a keen interest in BIM.

Rachael has previously worked with Manningham Council and ProCivil Consulting. She has experience with Civil 3D, Civil Site Design, 12D and AutoCAD.

Rachael completed her BE (Civ) Hons at Swinburne University.

Selwyn commenced working in the civil engineering field in 1981. After 6 years working for local council, he joined the private sector as a design draftsperson. Selwyn has experience designing and drafting roads, highways, airports, carparks and associated services. The skills that Selwyn gained over the years has seen him move into CAD management and development roles. Selwyn has set up drafting standards and customised AutoCAD and its verticals to incorporate and enforce standards for multiple companies. Selwyn has over 25 years of valuable experience in Civil Design/Drafting.

Shane is a qualified civil engineer, excels in Civil 3D and Civil Site Design, undertaking significant local government projects.
Leading a team at Civil Survey Solutions, he leverages two decades of experience to advance technology in the civil and survey sectors.

Todd is a qualified Civil Engineer with over 20 years’
experience in civil design and construction supervision from both the public and private sectors. He has designed and delivered major road reconstruction, intersection redesigns, local area traffic management implementations, stormwater drainage systems, and other infrastructure projects.
