Selwyn has over 25 years of valuable experience in Civil Design/Drafting, commencing work in the civil engineering field in 1981. After 6 years working for local council, he joined the private sector as a design draftsperson. Selwyn has experience designing and drafting roads, highways, airports, carparks and associated services.

The skills that Selwyn gained over the years has seen him move into CAD management and development roles. Selwyn has set up drafting standards and customised AutoCAD and its verticals to incorporate and enforce standards for multiple companies.
