Casey graduated with a Science Degree with Advanced Hydraulics and Mechanics from the University of Tasmania, before commencing work as a Civil Designer for major consultancies such as Aurecon, Worley Parsons, SKM and Hyder.
He then spent 10 years working for Local Councils across Tasmania including Central Coast, Burnie, and Devonport.
